1. Introduction

Welcome to 778 (referred to throughout these Terms as "778", "we", "us" or "the platform"). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the 778 website at 778.ad and all associated services, including sports betting, casino games, slots, fish games and any promotions or features made available to registered players.

By registering an account, making a deposit or placing any bet or wager on the 778 platform, you confirm that you have read and fully understood these Terms and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not use the 778 platform.

These Terms apply to all players accessing 778, regardless of the device used — mobile, tablet or desktop. They should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming guidelines, which form part of the overall agreement between you and 778.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

To register and use the 778 platform, you must meet the following requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• You must be the authorised holder of the payment method used for deposits and withdrawals.
• You must register only one account. Multiple accounts per person, household, device or IP address are not permitted.
• You must provide accurate, current and truthful information during registration. 778 reserves the right to verify account details at any time.

Account Verification

778 may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawals or if unusual activity is detected on your account. Failure to complete verification within the requested timeframe may result in temporary account suspension.

Account Suspension and Closure

778 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account where there is evidence of rule violations, fraud, bonus abuse, underage use or any other breach of these Terms. In cases of voluntary account closure, any remaining real money balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method, subject to completion of any active wagering requirements.

3. Deposits and Payments

All transactions on the 778 platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). We support the following deposit methods:

• Easypaisa mobile wallet
• Raast instant payment
• Bank transfer
• Debit and credit cards
• Other supported mobile wallets as displayed on the deposit page

Deposits are credited to your 778 account balance promptly upon confirmation from the payment network. 778 does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges — please check with your bank or wallet provider.

Minimum deposit amounts may vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction. Deposits may be subject to anti-money laundering checks, and 778 reserves the right to request documentation for large or unusual deposit patterns.

4. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests at 778 are processed to the same payment method used for the qualifying deposit. This means if you deposited via JazzCash, your withdrawal will be sent to the same JazzCash wallet. This policy exists to prevent fraud and protect our players.

To submit a withdrawal request, your account must be fully verified. Withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• JazzCash / Easypaisa: Typically processed within a few hours during business hours.
• Raast: Usually same-day processing.
• Bank Transfer: 1–3 working days depending on your bank.

Withdrawals linked to bonus winnings require the associated wagering requirement to be fully completed before the request can be approved. Any withdrawal request submitted while a wagering requirement is still active will be held pending completion or cancellation of the active bonus.

778 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests above certain thresholds. You will be notified if additional documentation is required.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

778 offers a range of promotional bonuses including a welcome deposit bonus, weekly reload offers, daily cashback and seasonal cricket boosts during PSL and T20 international series. All promotions are subject to their individual terms, which are published on the Promotions page at the time of each offer.

General Bonus Rules

• Each bonus carries a specific wagering requirement, typically between 10x and 25x the bonus amount.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the stated validity window (7 to 30 days depending on the offer).
• Only one manually claimed bonus may be active at a time, unless a specific promotion states otherwise.
• Bonuses are credited in PKR and can only be used on the 778 platform.
• Different game types contribute differently toward wagering requirements — slots typically contribute 100%, while some table games contribute at a lower rate as specified in individual offer terms.
• Bonus balances that expire without meeting the wagering requirement will be forfeited, along with any winnings derived from that bonus balance.

Bonus Abuse Policy

778 takes bonus abuse seriously. Any player found to be exploiting bonuses through matched betting, coordinated account activity, use of multiple accounts or any other method intended to gain an unfair advantage will have their bonus balance and associated winnings forfeited. Repeat offenders may have their accounts permanently closed.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on 778 are final once confirmed. Players are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their selections before submitting any bet or spin. 778 does not accept cancellation requests for confirmed bets except in cases of verifiable technical error on the platform's side.

Sports Betting

778 offers betting markets on cricket (including PSL, T20 internationals and domestic matches), football, esports and other selected sports. Odds are updated in real time for live markets. In the event of an event being cancelled, postponed or abandoned, bets will be settled according to standard industry rules displayed within the sports section. 778 reserves the right to void bets where odds were published due to a technical error or manifest mistake.

Casino and Slots

All casino games, slots and fish games on 778 operate using certified random number generators (RNG). Game outcomes are independent of previous results. 778 does not manipulate game results and all return-to-player (RTP) figures are determined by the game providers. Players acknowledge that all casino gaming involves an element of chance and that past results do not guarantee future outcomes.

Minimum and Maximum Stake Limits

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all games and betting markets. These are displayed within each game or market and may vary. 778 reserves the right to adjust stake limits at any time without prior notice.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 778 platform. Violation of any of these rules may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds and permanent banning:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any third-party tools to place bets or interact with games.
• Opening or operating multiple accounts simultaneously or in succession.
• Colluding with other players to influence game or bet outcomes.
• Attempting to exploit software errors, glitches or technical faults for financial gain.
• Using stolen, fraudulent or unauthorised payment methods.
• Depositing funds obtained through unlawful means or using the platform for money laundering.
• Providing false identification or misrepresenting your identity during the verification process.
• Allowing a minor (anyone under 18) to access or use your account.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack or otherwise interfere with the 778 platform or its infrastructure.

8. Privacy and Data

778 collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which explains what data we collect, how we use it, how we protect it and your rights as a player. By registering with 778, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in that policy.

778 will never sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. • Losses resulting from a player's failure to comply with these Terms.

• Any actions taken by third parties that compromise the security of your account where you have not followed reasonable security practices.

In all cases, 778's maximum liability to any player for any single incident shall not exceed the net deposits made by that player in the 30 days preceding the incident.

11. Changes to These Terms

778 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised accordingly. For significant changes, we will endeavour to notify registered players via the email address associated with their account or through an in-platform notification.
